What's the difference between online and in-person coaching?
In person, I'm there for every session, coaching form, pace and intensity, at your home or the studio in Dubai. Online, you train on your own with a program I build and adjust weekly from your check-ins, with the same nutrition, sleep and recovery work behind it. The standard is the same. The difference is whether I'm in the room.
Do you offer home personal training in Dubai?
Yes. I come to your home or building gym anywhere from the Marina to Emirates Hills. Equipment is handled. You can also train with me at the studio.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the format and how much support you need, so I don't publish one number. On the call I'll hear what you're after, then share the options that fit. Premium coaching is an investment, and I'll be upfront about it.
I travel constantly and my calendar is brutal. Can this work?
That's exactly who this is built for. In-person sessions flex around your week, online coaching travels with you, and your nutrition and recovery plan is built to survive flights, client dinners and 7am calls.
Can I switch between online and in person?
Yes. Plenty of clients train in person while they're in Dubai and move to online when they're away for a stretch. The plan stays the same, only the delivery changes.
How soon will I see a physical change?
Most people feel the difference in energy and sleep within the first two to three weeks. Visible change in the mirror and in how clothes fit usually follows within six to eight weeks when training and nutrition are consistent. Everyone starts from a different place, so we track it with scans, measurements and photos rather than guesswork.
Do I need to be in shape before I start?
No. That's like cleaning the house before the cleaner comes. We assess where your body actually is, then build from there.
What happens on the consult call?
15 minutes. You tell me where your energy, training and sleep are at. I tell you honestly whether I can help, which format suits you, and what the plan would look like. If we're not a fit, I'll say so.
